RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
HARRISON TRUCK CENTERS OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS,
IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2010 AMBULANCE
CHASSIS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $72 , 799 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Harrison Truck Centers of Elk Run Heights,
Iowa, in the amount of $72, 799 . 00, for the Purchase of 2010
Ambulance Chassis, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
