RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1028
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO BLACK HAWK
ELECTRIC OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND AUTOMATIC
TRANSFER SWITCH TO BE INSTALLED AT CENTRAL
GARAGE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29, 830 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Black Hawk Electric of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $29, 830 . 00 , for the Purchase of One (1) Emergency
Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch to be installed at
Central Garage, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said purchase .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
