RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1029
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO MURPHY
TRACTOR OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR RENTAL OF
THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS WITH SNOW OPERATIONS,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $48 , 000 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Murphy Tractor of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $48 , 000 . 00, for the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders
with Snow Operations, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said rental, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said rental .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
