RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO WITHAM AUTO
CENTER OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) 2010 FORD F-450 TRUCK WITH DUMP BOX, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $42, 190 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Witham Auto Center of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $42 , 190 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) Ford F-450
Truck with Dump Box, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said purchase .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
