RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1031
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO ACCESS
CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. OF DES MOINES,
IOWA, FOR PURCHASE OF PARKING ACCESS AND
REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PARMS) , IN THE
AMOUNT OF $95 , 701 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Access Control Technologies of Des Moines,
Iowa, in the amount of $95, 701 . 00, for purchase of Parking Access
and Revenue Management System (PARMS) for West 5th Street and
Commercial/West 4 Street ramps, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
purchase .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
