RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1032
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Entry Agreement dated October 12 , 2009, to
allow the Army Corps of Engineers AE Firm to come onto city-owned
property to survey the City of Waterloo' s levee system, by and
between the United States of America and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
