RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1033
RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
IOWA NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the License Agreement dated October 12 , 2009, for
installation of a concrete crossing to allow people to cross the
tracks as part of the Riverfront Renaissance Recreational Trail
project, by and between Iowa Northern Railway Company, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
