RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1034
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 12 , 2009, at an estimated cost
of $18 , 000 . 00, to provide engineering services for Iowa
Department of Transportation FY 2009 and FY 2010 Vertical
Infrastructure Projects at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
