RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1035
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR AN AIR
SERVICE MARKETING GRANT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 12 , 2009, for an Air Service
Marketing grant in the amount of $25 , 000 . 00 , with 20 percent
required local cash match, to be used for marketing of air
service at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
