RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1036
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HELLMAN, ASSOCIATES, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 12 , 2009,
at a cost of $62, 440 . 00, with a 20 percent required local match,
to provide services for the Traffic Safety Awareness and
Marketing Campaign, by and between Hellman Associates, Inc . , and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
