RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1038
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a 100-watt HPS street light be installed on a wooden
pole in the 300 block of Four Seasons Drive .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk be, and
she is hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
