RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1042
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF TWO SERVERS, STORAGE ACCESS
NETWORK AND LICENSING SOFTWARE FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS OCTOBER 26 ,
2009, AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 26th day of October, 2009,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . for the
Purchase of Two Servers, Storage Access Network and Licensing
Software for the Police Department, in the City of Waterloo and
the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
