RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1043
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH TOURNIER MANUFACTURING, INC. , AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated October 15, 2009, for
development of a 15, 000 sq. ft . commercial building, with a new
minimum taxable value of $1 million, with tax rebates for five
years at 50 percent, on a 1 . 8 acre site generally located at the
northeast corner of Wagner Road and Broadway Street, by and
between Tournier Manufacturing, Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2009 .
