RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1050
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF FIVE-YEAR
BIOSOLIDS AGREEMENT WITH NUTRI-JECT SYSTEMS,
INC. , OF HUDSON, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 19, 2009, for the renewal of a
five-year Biosolids Agreement, in the amount of $4 , 700 . 00 per
month, for the period of August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2014, by and
between Nutri-Ject Systems, Inc . of Hudson, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 2009 .
