RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1056
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENT TO WATERLOO
ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, AS NOVEMBER 2 , 2009, AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 2nd day of November, 2009,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendment to
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, as it
pertains to regulating the placement of new alcohol sales related
businesses, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 2009 .
