RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1068
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HELPING
SERVICES FOR NORTHEAST IOWA, INC. , AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
POLICE CHIEF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 26, 2009, to perform alcohol
compliance checks and special event monitoring, by and between
Helping Services for Northeast Iowa, Inc . and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Police Chief authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 2009 .
