RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1070
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement No. 02-09-STPU-042 dated October 26,
2009, for Federal STP funds in the amount of $260, 000 . 00, with
local match of $65, 000 . 00, for the F.Y. 2010 Ridgeway Avenue and
LaPorte Road Connection, Contract No. 775, STP-U-8155 (715)-70-07,
by and between Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 2009 .
