RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1071
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement No. 2010-TS-022 dated October 26,
2009, for Traffic Safety Improvement Grant in the amount of
$375, 000 . 00, with no local match, for traffic safety improvements
at the intersection of Sergeant Road (U. S . 63) and Ridgeway
Avenue, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 2009 .
