RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1074
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD
COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Entry Agreement dated October 26, 2009, to
utilize portions of city-owned right-of-way generally located
near the northeast corner of Broadway Street and Wagner Road for
the purpose of a laydown area to coincide with a railroad bridge
replacement project, by and between Chicago Central and Pacific
Railroad Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 2009 .
