RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1084
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF LOTS 2 AND 3 OF THE HUMAN
SERVICES CAMPUS ADDITION GENERALLY LOCATED AT
THE CORNER OF ELM AND LAFAYETTE STREETS TO
OPERATION THRESHOLD AS NOVEMBER 16, 2009, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day of November, 2009, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey Lots 2 and 3 of the Human Services Campus Addition,
generally located at the corner of Elm and Lafayette Streets to
Operation Threshold, and legally described as follows :
Lots 2 and 3 , Human Services Campus Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd of November, 2009 .
