RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1086
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH U. S .
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated November 2 , 2009, for FY2010 Economic
Development Initiative Special Purpose Grant funds in the amount
of $380, 000 . 00, to be used for Chamberlain site demolition, by
and between U. S . Department of Housing and Urban Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2009 .
