RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY
DEED FROM CHRISTOPHER G. AND SHUHONG Z .
HARRIS FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1121
SOUTH STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Warranty Deed dated November 2, 2009, from Christopher
G. and Shuhong Z . Harris conveying unto the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, certain real property generally located at 1121 South
Street, described as follows :
The Southeasterly 52 feet of Lot No. 8 in Hallock' s
Plat of Out Lots, Waterloo, Iowa; known locally as 1121
South Street, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2009, and
approved by the Mayor on the 4th day of November, 2009 .
