RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1094
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. , OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated November 2, 2009, at
an estimated cost of $116, 000 . 00, for review of additional
portions of the Wastewater Pollution Control System, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2009 .
