RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1100
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SALE
OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GREENHILL ROAD AND
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, NORTH OF 1015 SOUTH HACKETT
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING
OF PROPOSALS THEREFORE, AS NOVEMBER 16, 2009,
AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 16th day of November, 2009,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the Request for
Proposals for the sale of city-owned property generally located
at the Southeast corner of Greenhill Road and University Avenue,
North of 1015 South Hackett Road, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of proposals therefore.
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2009 .
