RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1120
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
GREENHILL ROAD AND UNIVERSITY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare Request for Proposals Documents
for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally
located at the southeast corner of Greenhill Road and University
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said Request for Proposals Documents, which were
preliminarily approved on November 2, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 16, 2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposals Documents for the
sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally located at
the southeast corner of Greenhill Road and University Avenue, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009 .
