RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1121
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
GREENHILL ROAD AND UNIVERSITY AVENUE .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-1120, Request for Proposal
Documents for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property
generally located at the southeast corner of Greenhill Road and
University Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said sale and
conveyance be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009 .
