RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1102
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR
HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP)
PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Planner of said City to prepare
Request for Proposal document, contract, etc . for Appraisal
Services for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property
Acquisition Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Planner did file said Request for
Proposal document, contract, etc . for Appraisal Services for
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition
Project, which was preliminarily approved on October 19, 2009,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 9,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document,
contract, etc . for Appraisal Services for Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 2009 .
