RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1103
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-1102 , Request for Proposal
document, contract, etc . for Appraisal Services for Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMSP) Property Acquisition Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said contract be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2009 .
