RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1107
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
SYNDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 dated November 9, 2009, at a cost not to
exceed $5, 010 . 00, to digitize impervious areas for exempted
parcels for the Storm Water Utility Fee, by and between Snyder &
Associates, Inc . of Ankeny, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 2009 .
