RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1110
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED AGREEMENT WITH
AHTS ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revised agreement dated November 9, 2009, increasing cost
from not to exceed $22, 000 . 00 to $39, 000 . 00, an increase of
$17, 000 . 00, for architectural services for reconstruction of the
boat house building in Cedar River Park, by and between AHTS
Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 2009 .
