RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1111
RESOLUTION APPROVING ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS
TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE DOCUMENT AS PART OF
THE WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS HOME CONSORTIUM
FY2010-FY2014 FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF SAME TO U. S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice document,
as part of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls HOME Consortium FY2010-FY2014
Five-Year Consolidated Plan, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to submit same to the U. S . Department of
Housing and Urban Development in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th November, 2009 .
