RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1117
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER KITCHEN EQUIPMENT UPGRADE.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Kitchen Equipment Upgrade, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 2009 .
