AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(219) PARKER STREET (EAST AND WEST) OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (219) PARKER STREET (EAST AND WEST)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (219) Parker Street (East and West) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic
Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its
entirety that new Subsection (219) Parker Street (East and lijest)
of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
(219) Parker Street
(East and West)
South side from Sherman Avenue to
Burton Avenue north side from E. 1th
Street to Sherman Avenue; north side
from Avon Street to Burton Avenue and
north side from Leonard to Longfellow
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of April, 1986,
and approved by the :ayor this 9th slay of April, 1986.
