AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE ny REPEALING SUBSECTION
(2) FIFTH STREET (E AND W) OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND
ALLEYS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (2) FIFTH
STREET (E AND W) TO SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS. AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (la) FIFTH STREET TO SECTION 562. TWO HOUR
PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (2) Fifth Street (E and 9) of Section 542, One -Way
Streets and Alleys, of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety. that new Subsection (2)
Fifth Street (F and W) of Section 542, One -Way Streets and Alleys, of
the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
SEC. 542. ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
(2) Fifth Street (E and W) Northeast to the southwest between
Walnut Street and Jefferson Street and
between Washington and Bayard Street
That Subsection (la) Fifth Street of Section 562, Two Hour Parking,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby added as
follows:
SEC. 552. LIO HOUR PARKING.
(la) Fifth Street West side from fluff Street to
Washington
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of April,
and approved by the Mayor this gth day of April, 1986.
