BE IT ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Ordinance No. 1729, which
provided for the establishment
and creation of the Office of City
Assessor as authorized by
Chapter No. 240, Laws of the 52nd
General Assembly of the State of
Iowa, and Chapter No. 405, as
amended, of the Code of Iowa,
1946, is hereby repealed in Its en-
tirety.
