AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF EASTON AVENUE
LYING BETWEEN THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
WASHINGTON STREET (RELOCATE') HIGHWAY 21R/I-3R0)
AND THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF TEXAS STREET
AS EXTENDED NOPTH'ORO.
BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
The portion of the sixty-six (56) foot right-of-way lying
east of I-390 and westerly of a line one hundred (100) feet
southwesterly of and parallel to the westerly line of Iowa
Northern Railway, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, with the City's retention of an easement over,
under, and above the following described portion::
The Northerly twenty (?O) feet of vacated Easton Avenue
lying easterly of I-330 and westerly of a line one hundred
(100) feet westerly of and parallel to the westerly line of
the Iowa Northern Railroad and Commencing at the point of
intersection of the northerly line of vacated Easton Avenue
and the easterly line of 1-390, thence N R9°13'10"E 341.51
feet to the point of beginning: thence S21'10'E to the
centerline of vacated Easton Avenue, thence south perpen-
dicular to the right-of-way of vacated Easton Avenue 33 feet
to the south line of vacated Easton Avenue, then N8°°13 '30E
43.17 feet, along said line, thence north, perpendicular to
the last described course 33' to the centerline of vacated
Easton Avenue, thence west to point of beginning.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
12th day of May, 125, and approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of May,
1986.

LOWS:
The portion of the sixty-six (66)
foot right-of-way lying east of
1.380 and westerly of a line one
hundred (100) feet southwesterly
of and parallel to the westerly line
of Iowa Northern Railway, In the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, with the City's re-
tention of an easement over,
under, and above the following
described portion:
