ORDINANCE NO. 3435
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
(2) FIFTH STREET (E AND W) OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND
ALLEYS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SU3SECTION (2) FIFTH
STREET (E AND W) OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (la) FIFTH STREET OF SECTION 562, TWO
HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the. City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (2) Fifth Street (E and 14) of Section 542, One -Way
Streets and Alleys of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is hereby revealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (2) Fifth
Street (E and W) of Section 542, One -Way Streets and Alleys of the
Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows:
(2) Fifth Street (F and W) Northeast to the southwest between
Walnut Street and Bayard Street
That Subsection (la) Fifth Street of Section 562, Two Hour Parking,
of the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 27th day of may, 19516,
and approved by the Mayor this 29th day of lay, 1985.
