RESOLUTION NO. 2019-659
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION IN THE AMOUNT
OF $150,000 FOR THE WATERLOO SKATEPARK PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant from the Black Hawk Gaming Association, in the amount of $150,000 in
conjunction with funding for the Waterloo Skatepark Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2019.
