SETBACK LE TO 15' PLATTED BUILDIN0 SETRACV
LINE AT 2704 SARATOGA DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED FY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF wATFPLOC. IOWA, AS FOLLOWS!
that the 30' building setback line lying parallel to Cataract Avenue,
located along the northeasterly property line of Lot 150, Crestview Second
Addition legally described as follows:
BUILDING LUE SET/'C< REDUCTION
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of lot 150 Crestview Second
Addition that is 10 feet southwesterly of the northeasterly corner of said
lot 150 thence southwesterly along a line 30 feet fro and parallel with
Cataract Avenue to the point of intersection with a line 32 feet
Northwesterly of and parallel with the northwesterly line of Saratoga Drive
thence northeasterly along a line 90 feet Northwesterly of and parallel with
the northwesterly line of Saratoga Drive to the point of intersection with a
line 1F feet southwesterly of and parallel with the southwesterly line of
Cataract Avenue- thence northwesterly to a point on the northwesterly line
of said lot 150 that is 15 feet northeasterly of the ooint of beginninci!
thence southwesterly a distance of 15 feet to the point of beginning.
shall be, and the same hereby reduced from 30' to 15'.
