AN ORDINANCE VACATING 50' FT. SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET
(RELOCATED HIaWAY 21.8/I-380) AND IOWA NORTHERN
RAILROAD AND NORTH OF VACATED EASTON AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF wATERL00, IOiWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
A 50 foot wide easement described as the westerly 50 feet in
even width of the easterly 31.2 feet in even width of the
following described property:
A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 36, T89N, R13W of the 5th P.M., Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the NW Corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 said
Section 36 thence N89° 05' E 291.7 feet along the north line
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 said Section 36: thence S 00° 55'
E 51.3 feet to the point of beginning:; thence S 01° 16 1/2' E
275.2 feet: thence S 100 14 1/2' W 46.8 feet: thence S 03°
17 1/2' E 622.0 feet: thence S 19° 15 1/2' E 265.5 feet:
thence S 32° 20' E 52.3 feet• thence N 89° 13 1/2' E 637.1
feet: thence N 21° 20 1/2' W 435.0 feet° thence S 88° 55' W
360.0 feet° thence N 01° 03' W 60.0 feet: thence N 85° 31' E
331.3 feet: thence N 21° 16 1/2' W 197.9 feet: thence S 8q°

thence S 84° 41 1/2' W 91.9 feet along the southerly right-
of-way line of Mitchell Avenue to the point of beginning
containing 9.92 acres, shall be and the same hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the 9th day of June, 1986, and approved by the Mayor on the 11th
day of June, 1946.
