OFF-STREET PARKING AREA REQUJRED Subsection 7. General Requirements 1.. LightingAny lighting used to illuminate any b-ff-iet parking area or any area(s) used for non-residential purposes shall he so arranged as to reflect the light away from adjoining residential premises. That Part XIX, Section 2A-45, Off -Street Parking Area Required, Subsection 0-13, Pool and 7illiard Halls, Taverns and Night Cluhs or similar places dispensing food, drink or refreshments, and Subsection D -14(a), Standard Type, of Zoning Ordinance No. 247q, as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety and That Part XIX, Section 2A-45, Off -Street Parking Area Peguired, Subsection D-13, Pool and 7illiard Rails, Taverns, 7,ars and Night Clubs, and Subsection 0-14(a), Standard Type, of the Zoning Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof a new: PART XIX SECTION PA -45 OFF-STREET PARKING AREA REQUIRED Subsection 0 Parking Space Required 13. Pool and Billiard Halls, Taverns.. Pars and Night Clubs. . _ al One (1) parking space for each fifty (50) square feet of floor area devoted to patron use within the establishment, or one (1) parking space for every three (3) persons of maximum occupancy, as allowed by the Uniform Building Code, whichever is greater. (a) Stardard Tvoe Where customers are norm ally provided with an i0iyidual menu and are served their food or beverages by a restaurant eiployee at the same table or counter at which said items are consumed. (1) fine (1) parkinq space for each one hundred (1Y) square feet of floor area devoted to patron use within the establishment.
