AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY
THE DGOGWATERLOOIA10032018, LLC, (DOLLAR
GENERAL) OF WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI, FOR A SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C-P" PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 9,100 SQUARE FOOT DOLLAR
GENERAL RETAIL STORE LOCATED NORTHEAST OF THE
MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE AND IDAHO STREET
INTERSECTION, AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 5496
IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "C-P"Planned Commercial District, to allow for the construction of a 9,100
square foot Dollar General retail store, located northeast of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and
Idaho Street intersection, and legally described as follows:
