ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE U. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY AnnING SUP—SECTION NO. 21P TO SECTION 2A -S,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further wended by adding after Sub -Section NO. 21'1 of said Section,
the following Sub -Section Mo. Two Hundred Eighteen (210).

That part of Unplatted Waterloo Fast lying in the
east one-half of the Southeast corner of Section 19,
1.89N,'R1214.
Commencing at a point 1,263 feet north and F15.5
feet west of the Southeast corner of said Section 19
thence north to the southerly right-of-way line of the
Chicago -Northwestern Railroad thence easterly along
southerly right-of-way line to a point 432 feet west
of the east section line ° thence south to a point
1,263 feet north and 432 feet west of the Southeast
corner of Section 19, TO9N, R12W: thence west to the
point of beginning.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One- and Two -
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the leSth day of June, 1986,
approved by the rayor on the 12th day of June, 19Rt,.
