AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
IN CENTRAL HEIM-1Tc II ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
that the southern three (3) feet of an eight (9) foot
utility easement located along and parallel to the
northern lot line of Lot 135, Central Heights II Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 2nd day of September, 1986, and approved by
the Mayor on the 4th day of September, 1986.
