AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF LAPORTE POA5
FRONTAGE ROAD LYING BETWEEN LORRAINE AND CORNWAL
AVENUES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 36-99-13,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 30 feet South of and 100 feet West
of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4, Northwest
1/4, Southeast 1/4 of said Section, thence South 270 feet;
thence East 67 feet; thence North 270 feet; thence West
67 feet to the point of beginning.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with no access allowed onto
LaPorte Road now or in the future.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the 15th day of September, 1986, and approved by the Mayor on the
17th day of September, 1985.
