RESOLUTION NO. 2019-684
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SECURITY GUARD SERVICES
WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, requests for proposals for Security Guard Services for the Waste
Management Services Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said proposals.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September 2019.
