RESOLUTION NO. 2019-690
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY MIRON CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC., OF NEENAH, WISCONSIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$148,226, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 DIGESTER
#3 LID REMOVAL, CONTRACT NO. 982, AND RECEIVE
AND FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, by Miron Construction Co., Inc., of Neenah, Wisconsin, performed work in
conjunction with FY 2020 Digester #3 Lid Removal, Contract No. 982, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Miron Construction Co., Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$148,226.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Miron Construction Co., Inc., at a total cost of $148,226.00, in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Digester #3 Lid Removal, Contract No. 982, are hereby approved,
and a two year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September 2019.
