BE IT ORDAINED FY THE City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (21) Commercial Street, (40) Franklin Street, (50)
Jefferson Street, (52) Lafayette Street, (64) Mulberry Street, (90b)
Sixth Street and (95) Sycamore Street of Section 543, Thru Streets of
the Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby repealed
in their entirety 7 that new Subsections (21) Commercial Street, (40)
Franklin Street, (50) Jefferson Street, (52) Lafayette Street, (64)
Mulberry Street, (90b) Sixth Street and (95) Sycamore Street of
Section 543, Thru Streets of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(21) Commercial Street LaPorte Road to Westfield Avenue except
for traffic signals at West Eighteenth
Street, west Eleventh Street, West Sixth
Street, West Fifth Street,• Nest Fourth
Street, West Park Avenue, West First
Street and West Mullan Avenue.
(40) Franklin Street Nevada Street to Utica Street except for
traffic signals at Vinton Street, East
Eleventh Street, East Seventh Street,
Fast Sixth Street, East Fiftn Street,
East Fourth Street, Fast Park Avenue,
East First Street and East Mullan
Avenue.
(50) Jefferson Street LaPorte Road to Westfield Avenue except
for traffic signals at West Eleventh
Street, West Sixth Street, West Fifth
Street, West Fourth Street, West Park
Avenue, West Third Street, West First
Street and West Mullan Avenue and a
two-way stop at West Eiehteenth Street.
(5?) Lafayette Street Easterly corporate limits to Fairview
Avenue except for traffic signals at
Vinton Street, Fast Eleventh Street,
East Sixth Street, Fast Fifth Street,
