AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PUBLIC ALLEY LYING
ADJACENT TO LOT 53, PROSPECT PLACE ADDITION, WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED PV THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, D1,1A, AS
FOLLOWS!
That portion of tne public alley lying adjacent to
Lot 58, Prospect Place Addition to Waterloo, Black
Hawk County. Iowa, described as follows!
Commencing at toe northeast corner of said Lot 58,
thence southerly along the easterly line of Lot 59 a
distance of 30 feet to the point of beginnino,
thence continuing southerly along the extension of
the previously described line a distance of 30 feet
to tne northerly line of Maryland Avenue, thence
westerly a distance of 27.8 feet along the northerly
line of Maryland Avenue, said point beim the most
southeasterly corner of said Lot 58, thence
northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of Lot 59
to the point of beginning all within the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adoot'erf by toe City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, tnis 13th day of October, 1995, and approved by
