ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS. AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 220 TO SECTION 21-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
PE IT ORDA7NED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATEPLOO, 1144:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as wended,
he further amended by addino after Subsection No. 210 of said
Section, the followinc Subsection No. 220, two hundred twenty, (220)
described as
"220":
Lot 4, except the north ten (10) feet of Gronhero Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Plan of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District to "C-2" Commercial District as described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified cony of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Mack Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 13th day of October,
19, approved by the Mayor on the 15th day of October, 1986.
